What the hel is going on at FNB, are there no capable people working there??? I am paying over R400 for the past 3 months for a smart device that I cancelled and did NOT receive. You are my money, this is daylight... it helps me nothing that you call me and say that the costs will be reversed but at the 28th of each month the money is TAKEN from my account... in total I paid MORE than R1200 for NOTHING. Seems like the only way to solve this problem is to move my accounts to another bank that won't my money, I am so sick and tired of having to call every week and hear that it is being corrected...
