Am I maybe number 1005 Public - I was offered a premium of R715-00 for a Jeep Grand Cherokee V8 2005 Model. Unfortunately the vehicle had problems and I replaced it IMMEDIATELY with a 2004 - 2.7CRDi model. As can be noted a OLDER model - and trade/retail is less YET = R750-00 odd - Oakhurst indicated the premium "unfortunately Sir" is higher on this specific vehicle. Then after E-Mailing urgent requests to change the details - A WEEK LATER found out it has not yet been changed - customer service unacceptable!?
Then the notification via SMS! Your premium will rise even more becuase I did not produce reference or whatever of previous insurers etc - THIS after I mailed CLEARLY the complete summary of all insurers on vehicles I used in the past - cluients does not keep records or files - hardware or software readily available for such requests?! - REALLY!!!? Then during discussions a R21-15 amount debit from my account! - For phone calls? - Please can Oakhurst also chaurge me for whiping my nose next time!
