My car was broken into on Tuesday the 28th October, ABSA insure arranged with PG Glass Randburg to replace the window, with anti smash and grab as the original window had that. The window was replaced on the 29th October and I was told by Ian that they did not have anyone on site to do the anti smash n grab on that day and that he would call me to arrange. Nothing happened and about a month later whilst I was on leave I called Ian and told him to arrange with PG Glass Boksburg so I could take my car there as I was on leave he promised to call me back. I'm still waiting for his call. I called two weeks ago and was told by his colleague that I an wasn't in but the colleague remembered me and said they would get back to me. We're in mid December, still nothing. I mentioned to all these guys that am not comfortable driving around with a clear windo as there's a lot of crime at traffic light around GP. I really need this sorted.
