When i was employed by Pinion i got a garnesshe that i paid R800 was deducted monthly towards the below debt., The below creditors now want to re garnishee me again, the debt was R8000 i paid r800 and ended up with a balance of R1 500. Two weeks ago they sent a summons that i owe them R24 000 and want r1 800 a month when i get paid R10 000. My lawyers from client tel life (Warren) who is dealing with this query is not even getting hold of the so called lawyers. This is causing me stress and i need the matter resolved, My ex employer has sent me proof of the initial summons and the statement of all the payments i made and need this respolved before any deductions are made from my salary.
