They dont want to refund me

I had loan with Letsatsi Finance so i applied for debt review they sent documents to Letsatsi Finance but they didnt stop deducting from my salary so i decided to take if off from debt review. I finished my other Loan and Letsatsi deducted the month and i want my money back because i was expecting not to be debited in September as my last month was August. Now they refuse to refund my money back. they person who is responsible is Promise, her number is 011 304 6453
