Why did I move to ABSA???

Still awaiting feedback regarding what happened to the home loan rebate for 7 October.
Can you believe another problem just popped up, it seems absa cant count, I got charged for 14 proof of payments on 31 October 2013, but according to my internet profile, were I drew all the proof of payment on my account from 1 September 2013, there were only 3. I phoned the call centre was give a number 0860 109 136 that works with pricing, they cant provide me with any detail of where the proof of payments were sent or even on what amount or date or any info at all. Please correct my account or provide me with information.
