ABSA insurance doesn't pay after severe lost

Our business was hit by a storm on 6 September 2012. We have photos to proof this. ABSA send out someone and was prepaired to pay / fix the roof that was partly blown off / destroyed. Two weeks later ABSA send out an structural engineer who spend less than 10 minutes in the building and didn't even bother to get onto the roof. According to his report ABSA said they would settle for R50 000.00. My broker said no and opened a case with the Ombudsman, We gave them enough evidence and proof that the report of the engineer was not correct. We offered a report from a engineer as well. He was out of the country and then got sick, so that we couldn't hand in the report. He really let me down. I then got another engineer and handed in his report in October 2013. In January 2014 the Ombudsman responded that the case is closed. I get nothing!!! My broker was in contact with them the whole time via email (You can't phone them). I am desperate. I really had a great loss, I PAID MY INSURANCE, I AM STILL PAYING IT AND i AM DESPERATE. PLEASE HELP ME!
