Messed up my order and is taking forever to delive

I ordered a laptop from fnb's smart devices, they called to confirm the delivery address and all last week and processed 2 laptops instead of just 1, then they had to cancel the order to then again process only 1 laptop and i have been waiting now 2 weeks for everything and have yet to hear from them. The service at FNB is utterly appalling and i'm honestly considering changing banks! FNB has become so slack over the years, and i used to value FNB very much and referred a lot people to change to FNB however now i have grown tired of their ridiculous service. And the worst is you always only get a transaction taken off your account a week late so when you think you have a certain amount available in your account then something gets taken off late and you get shafted once again. From hero to ZERO, FNb, well done!!! Another unsatisfied customer.
