Claim declined

I have sumbitted 3 claims to CMC 2 weeks ago. 2 of the three claims was approved. The third one was declined because apparently the incident did not happen within 30 days of claim date. I did try to reason the Sean Gouws and Busi from CMC to approved this because this is unreasonable.

I have submitted about 7 other claims in the past 3 years of which most of them occurred outside of the 30 days period. Some of the actually happened a year before the claim date. Why was this them approved? and not my current claim.

I have had numerous fights with CMC during my previous claims because of bad service. Now again a declined which was in a much more reasonable period the previous approved claims.

I need this sorted out asap, the pannelbeater is waiting in final word on this.
