People that don't want to do their jobs!

I went to the bank to request for a statement of a deposit I made in January. Yes its a long time ago but I was refered to by the university. I got there explained as to what I need then I was sent to the tellers for assistance! A lady with a venda name told me she doesn't know what I'm talking about. The lady at the door came and told her what I need she send someone else will help me! I don't understand why she gave me the run arounds well actually she didn't wana help me and what I needed is urgent I'm so upset
