3 Week - Multiple follow ups - Still No Payment

1. Burst Geyser
2. Submitted claim and received documents to be filled in end of October
3. Submitted all the documents from the bank that they requested. This was done on the 1st of Nov 2013.
4. Was told it would take 4 to 5 days.
5. 18th of November paperwork has yet to be processed
6. Service manager Amanda has yet to return any of my calls or messages
7. Nompumelelo Mahlangu - the person handling our claim is yet to respond to any of my calls or messages or emails.

- In short our next bond is NOT going through ABSA
