I submitted a claim for water damage from a burst geyser in October 2012. Then someone Pinky Isabirye handled the claim. 10 000 companied called me and none of them followed up. In January I made contact with Pinky again and she sent someone from some inComplete flooring company. This person promised to revert to me within a week and has not called since. I then followed up with Pinky only to find out that she has resigned. Someone Refilwe Moloi then responded to my e-mail but, despite repeated requests from me for them to call me, no one has. I have also been copying someone Shellaine Gilbert and has received no call from her too.
