Where to start with this horrible banking institute;
In summary
I first get robbed at the FNB by a security dressed in FNB uniform.
When cancelling the guard the consultant keeping transferring my call instead of cancelling my card.
All my money get with having a daily limit. NO feedback with the case in weeks.
THE MOST USELESS PATHETIC CONSULTANTS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.. UNHELPFUL IS NOT THE WORD.
Dont listen to all the false marketing, its all talk. Does not come through when it matters the most.
