Nedbank employees are incompetent

Trying to tranfer funds from my homeloan. Now we are stuck at a counter to try and reproduce exact signatures as per the original contracts signed. Will we have positively identified ourselfs as the bond holders. The agents is showing us the signatures to try and reprodunce. How pathetic can you be. While they are un happy with our signature morphology they show us private documents that might not even ours according to them, in order to have us reproduce the signatures. Now that what I call secure banking.
