I made an overseas payment about two months ago - the same day I signed the forms I changed my signature as I am now married - I cannot remember the ladies name who did this all for me however Precious in foreign exchange made sure that my payment went through .. Now again, I need to do a payment overseas and for two weeks I have had the run around from Nedbank giving me all sorts of stories about my account and the signatures not matching up - Tell me why the first time it was fine and now all of a sudden there is an issue.
Precious and Jessie have been nothing but helpful but as for the rest - well enough said.
After 15 years with Nedbank because of all of this I am seriously changing banks. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!
