I was sent to get a quote for damage to my car. I took time off work to get this done. I got to the street specified and started looking for the company and when I finally found the street number and asked the guard if I am at the right place, he informed me that the company I am looking for has moved to a different location. This was a waste of time and an afternoon off. I got a phonecall this morning from outsurance asking me when I would be available to go and get a quote, as I MISSED MY APPOINTMENT on Friday. SERIOUSLY?
If I get forced to get a quote from a specific provider, SURELY outsurance should confirm the physical address before sending it to their clients.
