My car was taken to Hyandi Bedfordview on thursday morning at 07h00 - with a clutch failure -
We cannot get through to SA Warranties on the phone - i sent an email to ask them to contact the dealership and speak to Jaco
they responded ..acknowledging receipt and its Monday morning and still no one has picked up a cell phone - to call the dealership
I have had to hire a car since thursday who is going to pay for that as well
this is SHOCKING service
IN THIS DAY AND AGE HAVE YOU NOT HEARD OF CELL PHONE
MUST I GET IN MY CAR AND COME TO YOUR OFFICE
