My house was broken into on the 25th Of October 2013. I called and no one returned my call. I then logged a claim online and 4 days later i still didn't get any feedback. I called Dial direct again on their call line and was thyen helped by Mishkah who made sure that my claim was logged. She also kept me up to date with my claim and made sure that the issue was resolved quickly. Thanks for all your help Mishkah. It is much appreciated.
