Two weeks ago I was rear-ended in the City Bowl in Cape Town, and I had to submit an insurance claim with my insurer, Dial Direct.
The claims consultant allocated to my claim was Mishkah Abed. From the beginning to the end of the claims process she was simply amazing! What a pleasure to be able to talk consistently to the same compassionate human being, instead of a call centre. She promptly returned all my messages and calls, responded to my emails, and attended to my queries efficiently, on the same day. Her professionalism seriously impressed me, and made the whole ugly episode so much easier to deal with. We even had a few laughs!
Dial Direct can be proud of Mishkah. She is a cut above the rest, and employees like her are rare. If there is an employee bonus or award, she should get ten of those.
