This insurance company is making me feel like they are doing me a favor for their services rendered.
I have reported a burst geyser on Monday the 16th Dec- their contractor, 24Fix made me feel like they had to shuffle things around so that they can accommodate me.
The very same contractor says they can only change my geyser on Thursday because they are too busy.
This insurance company must find someone who can assist me urgently or i leave them and the broker.
