I have a personal loan with standard bank and haven't been paying as per my arrangement due to the fact that I lost my job but I made other arrangements with them to pay R100 every month which I have been doing till date, recently they deducted an amount of R526.74 from my account without my permission and that was the maintanance money for my child from Vereeniging Court. I went to the Palm Springs branch on monday to query this issue and they told me that they will do a reversal and funds will be available within 5 working days. Till today I haven't received the money and the person I spoke to told me that I can either get or not get the money she didn't assure me.
