ABSA Queenstown Hexagon deserves an award... They are consistently offer the worst banking experience to be found anywhere. They are incompetent, ignorant and slow beyond comprehension... I have seen glaciers move faster than these staff... A sense of urgency is something totally foreign to them. I recently found myself having to collect two forms. There was no que (a miracle) but despite this, they managed to waste my time anyway. The one woman moved so slow it was hypnotic to watch. I moved to another counter, by this time already frustrated, and I was confronted by some who though he was clever and gave me a lot of backchat. If his fingers worked as fast as his mouth I would have been satisfied, but alas, he pecked at the keyboard with all the dexterity of a slug. After cursing and swearing I gave up and left. I have personally spoken with several people that have confirmed that this is the worst branch that they have ever encountered.

I will forever associate ABSA Hexagon with a string of extremely vulgar four letter expletives.
