I have absolutely had it with Absa. I have done everything in my power to get them out of my life, and even the little that remains is enough to cause the very heart attack against which I am covered!
I have been an Absa client since the beginning of time, and due to the very same consistently service I am currently receiving, I have moved everything I could over to FNB which has been SO rewarding! But the few products that I still have with Absa forces me to call them every once in a while which means attempting to have a conversation with their terrible, sub-par, horrid, lacking-in-every-way call centre! Do you even know how hard it is to write this report without swearing the whole time?! I am frustrated to the point of going to every local paper and putting my writing abilities to good use!
I want to cancel my Life Cover, and the "retentions" department seems to be a phone in an empty room just ringing endlessly, forcing people to stay clients forever since you can't reach anyone to cancel your portfolio! Ive been holding the line all morning, and even got hung up on. Sort out your dismal call centres! And my accounts while you're at it!
