Poor communication and service from service provider. Customer has to constantly query regarding progress and then im told im under-insured so this seems like a waste of money. Been waiting for weeks and nothing done yet, call centre is a mess as well, keep transferring the calls. Please provide with management contact details as this is putrid service in comparison to my previous service provider!
