Why is my additional income not considered? my finance application is now being declined because, I am told there is no quarantee that the additional R12000 rental on my property will always be available. I find this to be a very disturbing response and excuse. There is no guarantee that someone with a R20k salary will forever be employed but you still grant them finance. Previously before I did renovations on my property I was getting a rental of R3000 plus R6000 salary and Wesbank financed me. Why is it different now? I have explained myself that I had no knowledge of the payslip and i was advised that will not be the issue. What is the issue now? Yes I admit my son did me wrong with the payslip but nothing has changed. I should still be treated with respect like a customer. My son is his own man and I agree once again that he did me wrong but why must I be punished for his doings. I really am very frustrated and dissatisfied with the treatment I am getting. I have never missed an installment on my previous finance, should that not count for something? This is shocking really. Your system approves me then someone who thinks they know better declines me.
