STANDARD BANK Surety

I bought a share of a house in Hermanus for my wife with 2 other parties in a CC. We sold our share to the remaining members 2 years ago and due to the comical process at CIPRA the transfer has still not been effected. My problem is that I signed surety on the loan. The remaining members have not always paid the bond timorously but have paid it, the bond is not in default and up to date. Standard Bank lists me as a bad payer on ITC when in fact I am only surety on the bond which will come into effect if the Bond is in default. This is grossly unfair and effecting my credit score. I am taking the matter up with the banking ombudsman.
