Standard Bank incorrect I.T.C effects lives

Hi, To whom it concerns. Once again ITC listing has incorrect default listing for my Std Bank accounts. I have a debit order on my credit card. I do a EFT on my RCP which looks like a mess on ITC due to Standard bank not updating or listing it as late, or a default. This effects me when appying for credit or anything. I paid up a overdraft account in November last year, and i still get messages and suspended my credit card due to this. I have contacted STD numerously, they fix the suspenstion but my ITC list is not. I am so tired of this and its effects my family due to their incompetence.
