I had to claim from the innovation Group after hitting a pothole and needed to fix 2 of my rims. Francois helped me with the claim and it was done within a few hours. My rims could not be fixed so I had to search for the same ones to replace. My rims I had was discontinued and Innovation group (Francois) went that extra mile for me so I could claim a new set of rims.
