SICK OF WAITING FOR MY BANK CARD TO BE DELIVERED

Very disappointed in the service received from nedbank!
I received a phone call about a month ago asking if I want a cheque account! as I was in the process of changing banks I took them up on the offer! this was a week before pay day. as pay day emerged and I had cancelled my other bank account I still had not received ANY delivery of my card! they couldn't even give me my account number! my salary had to than go into my spouse account as it was too late to open a new bank account!
The following week I proceeded to go to MEYERSDAL Nedbank and eventually get an account number after waiting in long lines, thereafter I wanted a temp card and went to the front desk only to be refused of a temp card as the account doesn't exist yet! this was very confusing but after an aggravating wait I decided to just wait the arrival of my card!
on the 12 November I got told they will be delivering my card on the Friday 15th November! I gave very strict instructions that I am on the road during the day and I cancelled my first client to take position of the card. I was told it would DEFINATELY Be delivered BEFORE 9 I than left and just got told the delivery guys where at the office! 45min LATE!
