Upgraded to PC but downgraded rewards

Last month my wife and I upgraded her FNB platinum cheque account to a Private Clients Cheque account, which is the elite of all personal cheque accounts you can get from FNB with loads of exclusive benefits tailor made for you. Now, we have been on the highest reward level 5 with eBucks for quite some time, earning at the highest level eB and we received an email from eB congratulating us since we will be earning 15% from Checkers. Big was our surprise this morning when they have only paid 0, 6% of our Checkers spending back in eB this month compared to 15% last month. Due to the fact that we have UPGRADED to the best of the best check accounts which is only available to a select few clients, they have downgraded our eB reward level - how does that make sense??? You cannot downgrade our reward level because we have upgraded our cheque account FNB!!! Wake up and fix this mess and pay us our real eB back this month!!!
