Standard Bank
DISTRESSED HARASSMENT CALLS

I have only recently lost my mum (September 2013) and I have been receiving numerous calls from Std Bank asking me to sign some forms (due to an alleged loan my mum took whilst still alive). I have explained to Std Bank on numerous occasions that both my siblings who reside in Dundee have provided all the necessary documentation but the Dundee branch advised that they are unable to close her account. I don't understand why I need to go to Std Bank and sign forms. When my mum took out a loan, Std Bank did not call me on a daily basis seeking my assistance. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED NOT TO BE CALLED AND WAS EVEN TOLD BY 1 OF THE AGENTS THAT THEY WILL KEEP ON CALLING ME UNTIL THE MATTER IS RESOLVED. WOW!! TO TOP IT OFF WHEN STD BANK DO CALL, THEY FIRST ASK FOR "ANGELA MOODLEY" KNOWING WELL THAT SHE IS GONE . Thank you Std Bank for harassing and traumatising me, for not being sensitive, for constantly reminding me that my mum committed suicide, for making me question myself as to why she did it - because every time you call you take me to a place I don't want to be. Her birthday is on the 3rd of December, thank you in advance for calling me and asking for "Angela".
