Poor and rude service

I Went to add a beneficiary at Standard bank Springs. The woman that helped me was too busy with her own phone conversation and had no clue what was going on. When she finally got off the phone she was rude and got EVERYTHING wrong. I then found out that she is the manager of the place. Absolutely disgusted.
