NOTE THAT THIS IS MY 4TH COMPLAINT ON HELLO PETER, NO REAL EFFORT HAS BEEN PUT INTO SORTING OUT MY QUERY, IT SEEMS TO BE PASSED FROM ONE PERSON TO ANOTHER UNTIL EVENTUALLY THAT PERSON GETS TIRED OF IT THEY PASS ONTO SOMEONE ELSE. I HAVE CLAIMS OUTSTANDING FOR 3 MONTHS NOW ON WHICH 3 OCCASIONS I WAS FALSLY ADVISED IT WAS PAID WHEN IT WAS NOT. I AM NOW ISSUEING ESSENTIAL MED AN ULTIMATUM THAT IF THIS IS NOT PAID BY TOMORROW LATEST, I WILL HAND THIS OVER TO MY LAWYERS AND WILL LODGE A HUGE COMPLAINT WITH THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT ABOUT ESSENTIAL MED, I AM DONE TALKING ASKING WAITING, SHOULD I NOT HEAR FROM ANYONE SENIOR BY TOMORROW, I WILL TAKE THIS AS NOT PAID AND WILL GO AHEAD WITH THE ABOVE, YOU LEAVE ME NO CHOICE, I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER ALMOST OVER 3 YEARS NOW AND TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS I AM NOW SICK BEEN SICK FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS NOW BUT CANNOT VISIT MY GP AS I AM TO EMBARRASED TO EVEN GO THERE BECAUSE OF ACTIONS BY ESSENTIAL MED THAT WERE NOT EVEN IN MY CONTROL, SO MY HEALTH IS BEGGINING TO SUFFER AS A RESULT.
