How competant is this call centre personell???

I accepted the offer from Direct Axis for an increase on my loan as I am an existing customer and everything was telephonically finalized last week and Thursday 07/11/13. As an after thought after my acceptance of all their terms, etc. the lady that I spoke to said she forgot to tell me they need a copy of my ID and proof of residence which was send when I got home and then the problems started. ID accepted but the standard official letter from the mine given as proof of residence to ALL financial institutions as well as other places requiring it is unacceptable, it must be an affidavit form from them. Form arrive and after battling to get hold of necessary people to fill it in at work it is send back. Today after five calls to them I am being told the wrong from was send to me by their SUPERVISOR to have completed and they will now send the correct one, another week or more delay. When you call them it is from one person to the next and you get no further as it seems like they don't know what to do. Total calls since last week Thursday, ten, money wise over R400 wasted. Is this competent or not. Please I am only available after 16H00 on my phone due to working underground.
