I need a statement detailing the incoming funds into my account over the last 12 months. I seem to be put through to department after department that either doesn't pick up or doesn't have an answer for me.
I think it's something fairly basic and something other customers would also value having as a service - a quick record of your income and its sources over a specified period of time.
Why is this not readily available and why does no one seem to have an answer for me?
