I submitted a claim via telephone, not knowing the process as it was my very first insurance claim. Especially after a traumatic experience one is not always keen to be question left right and centre yet we know we need to. Lucky for me a very friendly and efficient lady named Nathania Esau answered my call and assured me that she can assist, She took down all my policy details, what happened in the event and what I am claiming for. Just seconds after my call I receive sms notification that my claim will be processed and supplied me with a direct number to Nathania, which is awesome cause I can have direct contact with one individual. She was kind enough to wait 40min after her "knock" off time so that she can accommodate me.
All this done in a week, with a constant update of proceedings on the claim. A very WELL DONE to Nathania Esau and the Telesure group for the good service. Not all companies live up to their slogan, but they for sure lived up to "making it easy for you"
So glad that I don't need to look into changing my insurance, with such service why would you want to go anywhere else.
