It's been a week sins the last time I spoke to someone at furniture city regarding my account. Now the person who contacted me said that she will have a answer on my account problem in a day or so and that she is only waiting for her finances department to get back to her. I haven't received any feedback in a period of 5 working days and feel that my complaint was only urgent at the time that I made it and that it's status has moved to not important. I desperately need an answer to my situation regarding my account with furniture city seeing as it is effecting my credit record. I feel that if my complaint was so importend then furniture city would have had an answer by now. I hope that with this complaint something will be done about my account.
