STILL WAITING FOR SETTLEMENT LETTER

I guess this is the only way to speak to African Bank as the call centre is incompetent for providing this for me. I have struggling for 2 weeks now, to get the closure letter of my personal loan and Credit Card. Everyday I phone and it is a different excuse everytime. Can someone please provide feedback regarding this ASAP
