I was using FNB Car insurance since last year. I was never late on payment. A stone from a truck hit my wind screen on the 13th November 2013 and it cracked. When I wanted to claim for a new wind screen the same day (13-11-201). The insurance told me that my account is no longer active with them, that they migrated my account to another insurance company. They did this without notifying me. Now I'm left with a car wit no insurance and I have been paying monthly. I don't know what to do as I don't have the powers to confront them. I'm being robbed. Please help. Thank you
