Mutual and federal says they paid money to my account last week monday but the money is not in my account . they advised me to take it up with my bank, but the bank says i have to ask them to log an incident to report the matter then i did, i also spoke Aneleeze team leader who says they cant talk to the bank . i m stuck now, as they cant really help me . on their system it shows that the money is with the bank and i didnt receive the money.
