I received slow or sometime no response on my e-mails to the legal recoveries consultant. When I mailed her she takes up to a week to respond and sometime after I waited a week I follow my mail up with another mail just to ask her to give me an update on the claim recovery. I am not asking for much just a status update. How difficult is that?
