I ordered from Blossoms Pet stuff. Before I sent the proof of payment e-mail I e-mailed Ruan to specify the colour of one of the items. He insured me that I will receive the colour item I was looking for. I then proceeded to e-mail the proof of payment. I e-mailed the proof of payment on 24 April to both Ruan and Blossoms to make sure it is received. I heard nothing and e-mailed Ruan again but I received no reply.
I am waiting for an update on my order to know if it's being processed or not, but nobody has contacted me and they are not replying to my e-mails.
