Incorrect product was delivered and when I queried this on 13th March I received a reply that this would be rectified within the week. This week i sent a follow up mail to ask for an update and no response yet.
On a separate note, getting annoyed with the issues that keep on coming up concerning payments made with a Mastercard - I have just received another rather rude e-mail from 2CO that I have to update my banking details with them again as I'm "receiving goods or services that i haven't paid for" because there is a problem on their system.
