No response to simple request

I asked my "platinum banker" Marinda Botha to assist with my homeloan transfer on 14th January 2013. She asked me to send through documentation to start the application, which I did on the 18th. I have not heard from her since despite an e-mail I sent on the 24th enquiring about progress. I have just called both her landline and cellphone numbers without success. Really ABSA? Over 2 weeks to respond to a simple request like this? So much for "platinum banking".
