I've not just been pre-approved for a loan but understand that FNB has granted a facility - yet I have no idea what the terms are and FNB can not discuss same directly with me - it is impossible to finalise this application as one can simply not contact ThinkMoney. Yes, a consultant has tried contacting me and I unfortunately could not take the call at the time. I asked her to PLEASE phone back in just 10 minutes - half an hour later, no response and the cell number provided immediately goes over to voice mail and the mail box is full. The website only provides a request for return call and the number listed for ThinkMOney with Telkom is for a different company - no response received from online requests - can someone please contant me?
