Fake telephone numbers

Hi,
I recently took out a temporary loan at fnb witch was approved, despite minor issues it was successful at the end of the day. I settled this loan within 13 days and paid in full. I now applied for a new temporary loan and the message i got was "customer/account not eligible". There was a number I needed to contact but all the numbers I phone tells me "the number you dialed does not exist ". This has now happened with all number on the fnb website, google or any given number, can somebody tell me how i can a hold of the Bank???
