The day of registering my claim I was contacted directly by Munier Gafoor who introduced himself as the assistant to my claim. He not only had completed the process within the week, but updated me either telephonically or per email throughout, and offered me invaluable information. ( I had not claimed before, so unfamiliar with the processes). I have been in contact with the replacement supplier, and now just await the delivery of my replacement item.
