My son had a car accident 3weeks ago on a saturday using my vehicle of which he is a nominated driver on the vehicle, insurance company was called immediately after the incident and a towing truck was dispached to the accident scene of which it took them 3hours to get to the scene all the while i was waiting and it took me 3 calls to get them to come collect the car they arrived at the scene around 10pm at night and only one person came to tow the car of which he struggled and it was night time, i was them told the car would be towed to mthatha of which the accident happened 7kms outside ngcobo and mthatha is a further 70kms away. i received a call from the assessor the following day and was told my car is in mthatha and i would receive feedback friday of which non came i called the company and was told instead that its a large claim and that it will take time i was then called by the assessor who questioned me and i responded to questions posed, to my suprise same asessor came to my premises to view and question my neighbors of which i did not mind as i had nothing to hide. later in the week after all this i was told my claim was declined due to worn tyres 3WEEKS LATER
