Failure to meet feedback times

I've logged multiple requests to be called back regarding share investing and kruger rands

All to no avail - After my last hello-peter post regarding the exact same issue - I was sent literature by automated responses... I've explained that I've read the literature - I just want someone to phone me and help me conduct my business. Branches don't deal with the above queries - and call centers promise to get someone to call me back... which doesn't happen,

I was supposed to be contacted by a Craig Schoeman - I'm still waiting for any form of feedback - Sorry to name-and-shame him...

Altogether I have found all efforts made by The FNB brand as lackluster at best.
I still want to engage in this transaction - whoever its like I'm standing at a counter with my money out - Just nobody wants to take the effort to assist.
