FIRSTLY I WOULD LIKE TO THANK JOSHNA PANDY FOR A QUICK RESPONSE I HAD FROM HER, SHE CALLED ME ON 07/11/2013 TO ADVISE ME THAT SHE WOULD LIKE TO SIT DOWN AND DISCUSS MY PROBLEM, I GAVE HER THE TIME AND DATE TO CONTACT ME, ON FRIDAY THE08/11/2013 @2.30PM SHE CONTACTED ME AS PROMISED RIGHT ON TIME AND DISCUSSED EVERY DETAIL WHERE THE PROBLEM WAS, IT TOOK HER 30 MINUETS TO HELP ME UNDERSTAND AND FINALLY I GOT THE ANSWERS I WANTED TO HEAR, NOBODY FROM ALBARAKA TOOK SO MUCH TIME FROM ALBARAKA BANK FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS I HAD THIS PROBLEM, BUT HERE COMES JOSHNA TO THE RESQUE.
